Community Associations

Little & Saputo represents community associations by providing the following services:

• Drafting and updating governing documents
• Preparing or reviewing operating rules rules to insure clarity and compliance with governing documents
• Interpreting governing documents, including architectural standards, and providing legal opinions on such interpretation
• Resolving disputes that arise between association members, board members, neighbors, contractors, and residents, including election disputes or recall elections
• Attending board meetings to provide guidance to the association on any legal matter
• Negotiating and drafting contracts with communications providers
