Title 7/Right to Repair Statute Documentation

Little & Saputo prepares governing documents and sales documents which implement the statutory requirements of SB 800 (Title 7)/Right to Repair, including warranty programs, customer service processes and dispute resolution.  We advise and assist our clients with coordination and preparation of owner and association maintenance manuals and creating their own programs for Title 7compliance.  We perform risk assessments for avoiding potential construction defect litigation.
